摘要
新工科更加注重人才的全面发展和学科交叉融合,对精细化工类人才提出了新要求。为了将精细化工专业教学和创新创业教育深度融合,进一步落实“双创”的指导方针,针对本校精细化工专业学生在创新创业中所遇到的问题进行了研究。通过明确教学目标、转变教育理念、完善课程体系、改革教学方法等途径,在提升教师能力的同时,激发学生创业热情,拓宽视野。此外,深入校企合作,为学生提供创业平台,开展产学研合作。发挥精细化工类专业特色,发展学生为创业团队成员,提升学生的创业能力。提升教师创新创业的能力和经验,扩大“双师”型教师的队伍。还可以缓解当下就业压力,稳步推进社会的经济发展。
The new engineering department pays more attention to the all-round development of talents and interdisciplinary integration,which puts forward new requirements for fine chemical talents.In order to implement the guideline of“innovation and entrepreneurship”,and integrate the teaching of fine chemical industry with the education of innovation and entrepreneurship,the problems encountered by the students of fine chemical industry in innovation and entrepreneurship will be studied in our university.The measures to be taken are as follows:the teaching objectives were defined,the educational concept were changed,the curriculum system were improved,the teaching methods were reformed,the ability of teachers were improved,a“mass entrepreneurship”teaching team were created,an entrepreneurship platform were provided,and industry university research cooperation were carried out.In addition,the assessment methods were reformed,the proportion of practice increased,the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of students were stimulated.To develop students as members of entrepreneurial team and to improve students’entrepreneurial ability base on the characteristics of fine chemical specialty.The team of“double qualified”teachers were expanded.It can also alleviate the current employment pressure and steadily promote social and economic development.
