Construction of Emergency Management System in Chemical Park

化工园区依靠独特的、便利的资源条件,为维护生态环境、改善自然条件创造了非常有利的条件,同时极大程度上完善了企业生产加工体系。然而,随着化工园区多元化原料加工、化工新材料、精细化工等产业集群规模的不断发展壮大,许多隐藏风险也在蠢蠢欲动,危险化学物品的生产、运输、使用等环节一旦出现失误,都将有可能引起巨大的安全事故。因此,如何做好化工园区突发事件应急能力建设是当前亟待解决的问题。因此,主要从如何解决这个问题展开论述。

Relying on unique and convenient resource conditions,the chemical industry park has created very favorable conditions for maintaining the ecological environment and improving natural conditions,and at the same time,it has greatly improved the production and processing system of enterprises.However,with the continuous development and expansion of industrial clusters such as diversified raw material processing,new chemical materials,and fine chemicals in chemical parks,many hidden risks are also looming.It may cause a huge security accident.Therefore,how to do a good job in the construction of emergency response capacity in chemical parks is an urgent problem to be solved at present.The author of this article is to discuss how to solve this problem.
