双氧水生产中碱液再生造成工作液流失的研究

Study on Working Fluid Loss Caused by Alkali Liquor Regeneration in Hydrogen Peroxide Production

采用氢氧化钠溶液对不同工作液进行碱洗得出,蛋花状物质只会在碱性环境下且有降解物的工作液中出现,碱洗后需要将蛋花状物质全部排出再进行酸洗,否则酸洗后会导致产生的蛋花状物质又重回系统,无法达到净化系统工作液的目的。

In this paper,sodium hydroxide solution is used for alkaline washing of different working solutions.It is found that egg flower like substances will only appear in the working solution with degradation products in the alkaline environment.After alkaline washing,all egg flower like substances need to be discharged before acid washing.Otherwise,the egg flower like substances will return to the system after acid washing,which cannot achieve the purpose of purifying the working solution of the system.
