城市规模的不断扩大,促使二次供水更加普遍。但受小区二次供水设施建设不完善与设施产权管理分散及设施维护不到位等因素的影响,加上城市供水安全中对二次供水污染问题的监管和治理工作忽视,促使二次供水水质污染的情况相对普遍,严重危害人体健康和扰乱居民生活秩序。因此,主要对二次供水水质污染的现状及防治措施进行阐述,以完善用水安全保障体系。

The continuous expansion of urban scale has made secondary water supply more common.However,due to the imperfect construction of secondary water supply facilities in the community,scattered property rights management of facilities and inadequate maintenance of facilities and other factors,coupled with the neglect of supervision and governance of secondary water supply pollution in urban water supply safety,the pollution of secondary water supply has been promoted.The situation is relatively common,seriously endangering human health and disturbing the living order of residents.This article mainly expounds the current situation and prevention measures of secondary water supply water pollution,hoping to play a positive reference role in the improvement of the water safety guarantee system.
