System method is an important method in environmental process development.This paper expounds the definition and characteristics of systematic method from the perspective of environmental process research,enumerates the application results of this method from the aspects of environmental process development,environmental engineering design and pollution prevention and control,and deeply analyzes the application methods,which points out the direction for better environmental process development and pollution prevention and control in the future.
