摘要
随着新能源并网发电的规模不断扩大,区域电网的瞬时性或非计划性功率波动大大增加,调峰压力不断上升。为加强电网新能源消纳能力,实现电网安全、经济运行,提出一种含分布式储能的区域电网多时间尺度优化调度策略。首先详细分析了风力、光伏和火电机组的发电特性以及储能系统的充放电特性,建立了含分布式储能的风光储区域电网模型;接着,从日前优化调度阶段运行成本最小及日内优化调度阶段修正费用最小两个角度建立了区域电网的双目标优化模型,深度优化风光储出力,以实现系统运行的综合效益最大;最后,用改进的粒子群算法对所建模型进行仿真,仿真结果验证了本文策略的可行性及优越性。
With the continuous expansion of the scale of new energy grid connected power generation, the instantaneous or unplanned power fluctuation of the regional power grid has greatly increased, and the peak shaving pressure has been rising. In order to strengthen the new energy consumption capacity of the power grid and realize the safe and economic operation of the power grid, this paper proposes a multi time scale optimal dispatching strategy of the regional power grid with distributed energy storage. Firstly, the generation characteristics of wind,photovoltaic and thermal power units and the charging and discharging characteristics of energy storage system are analyzed in detail, and the wind and solar energy storage regional power grid model with distributed energy storage is established;Then, from the perspective of minimizing the operation cost in the day ahead optimal dispatching stage and the revision cost in the day in optimal dispatching stage, the dual objective optimization model of regional power grid is established to deeply optimize the wind and solar energy storage capacity, so as to maximize the comprehensive benefits of system operation;Finally, the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to simulate the model. The simulation results verify the feasibility and superiority of this strategy.
