综合护理对直肠前切除术直肠癌患者的疗效

Effects of Comprehensive Nursing on Patients with Rectal Cancer after Anterior Resection of Rectum

目的:探讨综合护理干预措施对接受直肠前切除术(ARR)的直肠癌患者的排便、焦虑抑郁、生活质量等指标的影响.方法:选取2018年12月至2020年3月在本院接受ARR治疗的76例直肠癌患者为研究对象,按术后护理方式将其分别纳入观察组和对照组.其中38例患者纳入观察组,接受综合护理干预;另38例患者接受常规护理,纳入对照组.观察并比较两组ARR患者术后排便排尿、心理健康和生活质量等指标.结果:与对照组相比,观察组ARR患者术后排便、排尿等指标均表现更佳,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组焦虑抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05).同时,观察组患者生理功能、躯体疼痛、情感职能等生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:实施综合护理干预措施有助于改善直肠癌患者前切除综合征(ARS),提升患者的排便和排尿优良率,降低患者焦虑与抑郁症状,并提升患者术后生活质量以及对术后护理的满意度.

Objective:To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on defecation,urination,depression,anxiety and life quality in patients with rectal cancer who accepted anterior resection of rectum(ARR).Methods:Seventy-six patients who accepted ARR treatment in our hospital from December 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to their nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group with 38 cases in each group.The observation group accepted comprehensive nursing,and the control group accepted routine care.The indexes of defecation and urination,mental health and life quality were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:Compared to the control group,the observation group had better performance in defecation and urination.The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant dfference(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the scores of physical function,physical pain,emotional function and other quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of comprehensive nursing can improve the anterior resection syndrome(ARS)of ARR patients,improve the good rate of defecation and urination,reduce anxiety and depression symptoms,improve the life quality and increase the satisfaction of patients with postoperative nursing.
