护理专业开设的人体解剖学循环系统课程中融入人文素养的探索与实践

摘要 目的:探讨护理专业开设的人体解剖学循环系统课程教学中融入人文素养的教学效果.方法:护理专业100人随机分为实验班54人,对照班46人,实验班将人文教育贯穿于循环系统内容中.对照班,按传统的教学模式进行教学.结果:实验班与对照班的理论成绩、人文成绩均无统计学差异(P>0.05),但实验班的学习积极性、在面对医患纠纷时逻辑性,语言组织能力,对患者及其家属的理解、为患者考虑利益优于对照组.结论:人文素养融入课程需要一个日积月累、潜移默化的渐进性适应和感悟过程,所以仅一个章节及短时间的融入不能明显提升人文素养. Objective:To explore the effect of humanistic quality in the teaching of human anatomy circulatory system in nursing specialty.Methods:One hundred nursing major students were randomly divided into 54 in the experimental class and 46 in the control class.The experimental class had humanistic education throughout the contents of the circular system.Control class,according to the original traditional teaching mode.Results:There were no statistical differences in theoretical and humanistic scores between the experimental class and the control class(P>0.05),but the experimental class is better than the control group in learning enthusiasm,logic in the face of doctor-patient disputes,language organization ability,understanding of patients and their families,and considering the interests of patients.Conclusion:The integration of humanistic literacy into the course requires a gradual process of adaptation and comprehension that accumulates over a long period of time,so the integration of only one chapter and a short time cannot significantly improve humanistic literacy.
