润滑油磨粒在线检测系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of On-line Detection System for Lubricating Oil Abrasive Particles

润滑油的质量直接影响设备的机械性能,因为机械设备在运行时,其相关部件不可避免地会产生摩擦。如果不及时处理,就会导致零件磨损,影响设备的正常运行,所以通常采用润滑油处理。对于设备的运行、维护和维修管理来说,润滑油的质量是非常重要的,它在很大程度上决定了设备的运行状态和使用寿命。因此,润滑油的检测在设备故障诊断中起着重要的作用。基于此,文章分析了润滑油对设备运行的影响以及目前润滑油检测存在的不足,进而探讨了润滑油磨粒在设备故障诊断中的应用方法。

The quality of lubricating oil directly affects the mechanical performance of equipment,because the relevant parts of mechanical equipment will inevitably produce friction during operation.If it is not handled in time,it will cause wear of parts and affect the normal operation of the equipment,so it is usually treated with lubricating oil.For the operation,maintenance and repair management of equipment,the quality of lubricating oil is very important.It largely determines the operation status and service life of equipment.Therefore,the detection of lubricating oil plays an important role in equipment fault diagnosis.Based on this,this paper analyzes the influence of lubricating oil on equipment operation and the shortcomings of current lubricating oil detection,and then discusses the application of lubricating oil abrasive particles in equipment fault diagnosis.
