仪表自动化设备故障与维护技术

Study on Failure and Maintenance Technology of Instrument Automation EAquipment

仪表自动化设备已经广泛应用到各个行业中,为了有效控制在运行过程中出现的故障,应当加强对仪表自动化设备维护技术的探究,提升其使用寿命。文中分析了仪表自动化设备的故障问题,从液位控制仪表、流量控制仪表、温度控制仪表、压力仪表、调节阀等方面进行分析,提出仪表自动化设备的维护技术,通过注重设备日常管理、生命周期、预防维护等工作,有效提升其工作效率。

Instrument automation equipment has been widely used in various industries.In order to effectively control the failures in the operation process,it is necessary to strengthen the exploration of instrument automation equipment maintenance technology and improve its service life.This paper first analyzes the failure problems of instrument automation equipment,and analyzes it from the aspects of liquid level control instruments,flow control instruments,temperature control instruments,pressure instruments,and regulating valves.Based on this,the maintenance technology of instrument automation equipment is proposed.Management,life cycle,preventive maintenance and other work,effectively improve its work efficiency.
