摘要 随着科学技术的高速发展,焊接机器人技术得到显著提高。早期传统的焊接机器人缺乏“灵活性”,操作者需要根据实际情况提前设定好焊接参数和焊接轨迹,但在实际生产应用中,受工件来料精度差、组对间隙难以保持一致以及焊接过程中的焊接变形等一系列因素的影响,使得最终的焊接效果不稳定,焊接质量差,返修率高,大幅增加实际生产成本。在新时代背景下,伴随网络通信技术、人工智能技术、工业控制技术的发展,从单一的自主学习复制的焊接机器人,开始向智能的多感官智能柔性处理器转变,尤其在工程机械、煤炭机械和钢结构等传统工业领域,需要充分融合智能制造和机器人焊接技术,从而保证焊接质量,提高生产效率,降低用户生产成本。基于此,文章通过机器人焊接工作站的实际应用及主要部件,深入分析研究智能焊接系统在机器人连接与控制系统、焊接机器人柔性生产中的集成与应用。 With the rapid development of science and technology,welding robot technology has been significantly improved.The early traditional welding robots lacked"flexibility",and the operators needed to set the welding parameters and welding trajectory in advance according to the actual situation.However,in the actual production application,due to a series of factors,such as the poor incoming material accuracy of the workpiece,the difficulty in maintaining the consistency of the assembly gap and the welding deformation during the welding process,the final welding effect was unstable,the welding quality was poor,the repair rate was high,and the actual production cost was greatly increased.Under the background of the new era,with the development of network communication technology,artificial intelligence technology and industrial control technology,from a single welding robot that can learn and copy independently to an intelligent multi sensory intelligent flexible processor,especially in the traditional industrial fields such as engineering machinery,coal machinery and steel structure,it is necessary to fully integrate intelligent manufacturing and robot welding technology,so as to ensure welding quality and improve production efficiency,Reduce user production costs.Through the practical application and main components of robot welding workstation,this paper deeply analyzes and studies the integration and application of intelligent welding system in robot connection and control system and flexible production of welding robot.
