煤化工安全生产中机械自动化技术的应用

Application of Mechanical Automation Technology in Safety Production of Coal Chemical Industry

强调了机械自动化技术在煤化工生产中的应用优势,并从信息自动化技术、机械智能化技术、机械管理自动化技术这3个方面入手,分析了煤化工安全生产中常见的机械自动化技术要点。在此基础上,以煤化工生产线中的直接控制、急停控制系统的应用、实时故障检测系统的应用、安全仪表系统的应用为切入点,阐述了机械自动化技术在煤化工安全生产中的具体应用,以实现煤化工安全生产的升级。

This paper emphasizes the application advantages of mechanical automation technology in coal chemical production,and analyzes the common key points of mechanical automation technology in coal chemical safety production from three aspects:information automation technology,mechanical intelligence technology and mechanical management automation technology.On this basis,taking the application of direct control,emergency stop control system,real-time fault detection system and safety instrument system in coal chemical production line as the breakthrough point,this paper expounds the specific application of mechanical automation technology in coal chemical safety production,so as to realize the upgrading of coal chemical safety production.
