全自动生产线是由工件传送系统和控制系统,将一组自动机床和辅助设备按照工艺顺序联结起来,自动完成产品全部或部分制造过程的生产系统,简称自动线。最早出现的是组合机床自动线。在二十世纪20年代之前,首先是在汽车工业中出现了流水生产线和半自动生产线,随后发展成为自动线。

The full-automatic production line is a production system,which consists of a workpiece transmission system and a control system,connects a group of automatic machine tools and auxiliary equipment according to the process sequence,and automatically completes the whole or part of the product manufacturing process,which is called the automatic line for short.The first one is the automatic line of modular machine tools.Before the 1920s,flow production lines and semi-automatic production lines first appeared in the automotive industry,and then developed into automatic lines.
