脱硫系统电耗计算方法分析与应用

摘要 脱硫系统电耗对于火电厂经济效益有着重要的影响,国外大型火电公司将脱硫系统电耗保证值的重要性等同于脱硫效率。介绍了两种脱硫系统电耗计算方法,并将其应用于某2×660 MW燃煤机组脱硫系统电耗计算,对比验证了轴功率系数法的有效性和准确性,为脱硫系统电耗计算提供了一种可行、准确的计算方法。 The power consumption of desulfurization system has an important impact on the economic benefits of thermal power plants.Large foreign thermal power companies equate the importance of the guaranteed value of power consumption of desulfurization system with the desulfurization efficiency.This paper introduces two kinds of power consumption calculation methods of desulfurization system,and applies them to the power consumption calculation of desulfurization system of a 2x660mw coal-fired unit.The effectiveness and accuracy of the shaft power coefficient method are verified by comparison,which provides a feasible and accurate calculation method for the power consumption calculation of desulfurization system.
