The training management system for dispatching operators in the new power system is of great significance to meet the requirements of epidemic prevention and control,improve the efficiency of training management,enhance the working ability of operators and ensure the safe operation of the power grid.This paper analyzes the importance,practical needs and pain points of the training management of power system dispatching operators,expounds the overall structure and design ideas of the intelligent training management system for power system dispatching operators,and explains the functions of the main modules of the system and the system implementation.Finally,the good results obtained by the system in the practical application of a power grid dispatching agency are introduced,which proves the scientificity and effectiveness of the system design.
