摘要 针对传统的倒闸操作防误闭锁技术无法满足运行要求的问题,研究新型的适应无人值守变电站的防误操作模式,满足集控管理要求。结合运行实际对倒闸操作的风险进行分析,将新型采集、通讯技术应用于电网数据采集中,实现防误操作系统中设备状态的实时全面采集,完善综合自动化数据采集,使状态信息实时共享,探索新的防误操作模式,通过即时告警和闭锁操作功能的手段,消除倒闸操作过程风险因素。 Aiming at the problem that the traditional anti-misoperation locking technology of switching operation cannot meet the operation requirements,a new anti-misoperation mode suitable for unattended substations was investigated to meet the requirements of centralized control management.This paper analyzed the risk of switching operation,applying new collection and communication technology to achieve full collection of power grid data,and avoid mis-operation by technical means.At the same time,the integrated automation data collection was also improved,and standard communication protocols were adopted to enable information sharing,explore new anti-misoperation modes,by real-time alarm and blocking operation function to eliminate risk factors during the switching operation process.
