摘要
课程是学校育人的载体,是评价学校育人质量的核心指标。根据“双减”政策的最新要求,学校需重构课程体系,提高课程的系统性、结构性、开放性和选择性。学校课程目标要符合人的发展逻辑,回归“眼中有人”的素养教育,落实“双减”的育人目标;将课后服务和作业管理纳入学校整体课程结构,并与课内学习形成合力,落实“双减”的主要任务;探索利于学科素养导向的课程实施策略,开展单元教学,强化课堂学习效果,落实“双减”课内学足学好的总体要求;开展精准化的课程评价,聚焦问题,提高课程资源的统筹力,真正实现在“减负”的基础上“提质”。
Curriculum is the carrier of school education and the core indicator to evaluate the quality of school education.According to the latest requirements of the“double reduction”policy,schools should reconstruct the curriculum system and improve the systematicness,structure,openness and selectivity of the curriculum.School curriculum objectives should conform to the logic of human development,return to the quality education of“someone”in the eyes,and implement the educational goal of the“double reduction”;schools should integrate after-school service and homework management into the overall curriculum structure of the school,and form a joint force with in-class learning to implement the main task of the“double reduction”;schools should explore the curriculum implementation strategies conducive to the cultivation of discipline literacy,carry out unit teaching,strengthen the effect of classroom learning,and implement the overall requirements of the“double reduction”to learn well in class;schools should carry out accurate curriculum evaluation,focus on problems,improve the overall planning of curriculum resources,and truly“improve the quality”on the basis of“reducing the burden”.
