“双减”背景下学生负担和基础教育育人转向 被引量:1

摘要 学生负担过重有其历史传统、制度症结、物质动因、意识因素和家庭影响,它接续保持常态化,将制约学生身心健康及全面发展。“双减”从教育系统内外部共同发力进行教育治理,还原、保障教育公平公益和育人属性,为最终实现教育生态的良性转变提供新的历史语境和发展机遇,为创新人才培养探寻新的契机。赋能“双减”政策高效落地,提高教育育人质量,需要政府、教育部门扩大教育投入,均衡资源配置,改革考试招生制度,创新人才培养;学校提高教师素质、待遇,深化教师队伍建设,优化课后服务,治理教育时间;教师提高教学质量,优化作业设计;家、校、社共同发力,构建协同育人机制。 The excessive burden of students has its historical traditions,institutional problems,material motivations,consciousness factors and family influences.It continues to remain normal and will restrict students’physical and mental health,and will be detrimental to their overall development.The“double reduction”is a joint effort from the inside and outside of the education system to carry out education governance,restore and guarantee the equity,public welfare and educational attributes of education,provides a new historical context and development opportunities for the eventual realization of a benign transformation of the educational ecology,and explores new opportunities for the cultivation of innovative talents.In order to make the“double reduction”policy effectively implemented and improve the quality of education,the government and education departments should expand education investment,balance resource allocation,reform the examination and enrollment system,and innovate talent cultivation;schools should improve the quality and treatment of teachers,deepen the construction of the teaching force,optimize after-school services,and govern education time;teachers should improve the quality of teaching and optimize homework design;families and society should cooperate with schools and work together to build a collaborative education mechanism.
