构建医院数据中台的应用研究

目的在传统的医疗信息化当中,数据的产生到消亡并没有很好的对整个医疗体系带来显著的价值。本研究旨在将数据应用在医疗信息化中,让数据作为生产要素,发挥其作用与价值。方法运用容器化、微服务化、大数据技术、ETL技术,结合医院信息化现状,建设医院数据中台,提供数据汇聚、数据融合、数据治理、数据服务和资产管理五大能力,为各数据需求科室部门提供数据服务,挖掘数据价值。结果数据中台的实施,使数据开发更加敏捷,最大化数据利用价值,推动数据的前向支撑,为临床诊断辅助、科研能力、领导决策分析赋能。结论本研究为本院数据中台实施提供了有效的可行性论证以及技术实现指导。

【Objective】To apply data in medical informatization,so that data can play its role and value as a production factor.【Methods】Using containerization,microservices,big data technology,and ETL technology,combined with the status quo of hospital informatization,to build a hospital data center,providing five capabilities of data aggregation,data fusion,data governance,data services and asset management,to provide data for each data demand department.【Results】This research provides data services for various data demand departments and mines the value of data.【Conclusion】The implementation of the data middle platform makes data development more agile,maximizes the value of data utilization,promotes the forward support of data,and empowers clinical diagnosis assistance,scientific research capabilities,and leadership decision-making analysis.
