高速转子无试重动平衡方法研究现状分析 被引量:4

摘要 转子动平衡实施过程通常需要进行多次启停车以添加试重,无试重动平衡方法避免了试重引入的风险、且实施效率高,因此该方法成为近年国内外研究的焦点。该文章首先介绍了传统动平衡方法的发展和局限性,并基于此给出了无试重动平衡的基本概念和优越性,进而根据实施原理,从基于动力学模型、基于影响系数法、基于智能算法、动力学模型与影响系数法结合、动力学模型与智能算法结合,以及影响系数法与智能算法相结合6个角度对无试重动平衡方法进行分类;其次,在上述分类基础上,根据不同具体实施方式对每类无试重动平衡方法所采用的具体思路进行归纳,并对其识别机理与实施效果进行了详细介绍;最后,对无试重动平衡方法的发展趋势进行了展望。 The implementation process of rotor dynamic balancing usually requires multiple starts and stops to add trial weights.The method of dynamic balancing without trial weights avoids risks of adding trial weights and has high implementation efficiency.Therefore,this method has become the studying focus at home and abroad in recent years.Here,firstly,development and limitations of traditional dynamic balancing methods were introduced,and then the basic concepts and advantages of dynamic balancing without trial weights were presented.Then,according to the implementation principle,the dynamic balance method without trial weights were classified from 6 aspects of based on dynamic model,based on influence coefficient method,based on intelligent algorithm,combination of dynamic model and influence coefficient method,combination of dynamic model and intelligent algorithm,and combination of influence coefficient method and intelligent algorithm.Secondly,based on the above classifications,according to different specific implementation methods,the specific idea adopted by each type of without trial weights dynamic balancing method was summarized,and its recognition mechanism and implementation effect were introduced in detail.Finally,the development trend of without trial weights dynamic balancing method was prospected.
