Research on Space Service of Public Library Oriented to User Reading

文章在厘清图书馆空间服务概念语境变化的基础上,采用文献与网络调研、演绎归纳、个案分析等方法,探讨公共图书馆面向用户阅读的空间服务政策指南、实践案例与服务人才队伍建设等关键问题,重点分析了服务的主题内容、核心技术、多元主体和优秀实践案例,从政策保障、服务内容、人才队伍、发展理念维度提出推动我国公共图书馆空间服务进一步优化的策略建议。

On the basis of clarifying the context change of the concept of library space service,the article employs the methods of literature and network research,induction,and case analysis to discuss some key issues of public libraries space service oriented to user reading like policy guidelines,practice cases and service talent team construction.It mainly analyzes the theme content,core technology,multiple subjects and excellent practice cases of the service.Further optimization strategies to promote national public libraries’space service are put forward from policy guarantee,service content,talent team,as well as the development concept.
