芪麦益气汤联合门冬胰岛素对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖与胰岛β细胞功能的影响

Effect of Qimai Yiqi decoction and insulin on blood glucose and islet cell function in patients with gestational diabetes

目的探讨茯麦益气汤联合门冬胰岛素对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖与胰岛β细胞功能影响。方法选取本院2020年3月~2021年9月收治的66例妊娠期糖尿病患者为本次观察对象,根据患者入院编号单双数进行分为研究组和对照组各33例。对照组采用门冬胰岛素治疗,研究组采用罠麦益气汤联合门冬胰岛素治疗。对比两组患者治疗总有效率、治疗前后血糖指标(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖)及胰岛β细胞功能(HOMA-β指数)。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为93.94%,高于对照组的75.76%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖指标均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者HOMA-β指数高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病患者应用英麦益气汤与门冬胰岛素联合治疗,可有效提升治疗效率,降低患者血糖水平,提高胰岛β细胞功能,值得临床上推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Qimai Yiqi decoction combined with insulin aspartate on blood glucose and islet beta cell function in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 66 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the subjects of this observation,and were divided into the study group and the control group with 33 cases in each group according to the odd and even numbers of the patients'admission numbers.The control group was treated with insulin aspart,and the study group was treated with Qimai Yiqi Decoction combined with insulin aspart.The total effective rate of treatment,blood glucose indexes(fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose)and pancreatic β-cell function(HOMA-β index)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of patients in the study group was 93.94%,which was higher than 75.76%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HOMA-β index in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Qimai Yiqi soup and insulin aspartate in patients with gestational diabetes can effectively improve the treatment efficiency,reduce the blood sugar level and improve the function of pancreatic islet cells,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
