雌激素联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗内分泌失调不孕症的效果

Effect of hormone combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of endocrine disorders and infertility

目的分析内分泌失调不孕症患者采用雌激素联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗的临床效果。方法选取90例明确诊断为内分泌失调不孕症患者,按照随机抽签法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组45例。对照组采用临床常规治疗,研究组采用雌激素联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗。对比两组治疗前后性激素水平、排卵率、妊娠率情况及临床疗效。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者血清促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平均显著升高,卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平降低,且研究组LH、E_(2)水平高于对照组,FSH水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗1个周期后排卵率、妊娠率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2、3个周期后,研究组排卵率及妊娠率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率显著高于对照组(93.33%VS 77.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内分泌失调不孕症患者采用雌激素联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗临床效果显著,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of estrogen combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of infertility patients with endocrine disorders.Methods 90 infertility patients diagnosed with endocrine disorders were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random lottery method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clinical routine treatment,while the study group was treated with estrogen combined with clomiphene citrate.Sex hormone levels,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E_(2))were significantly increased,and the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)were decreased in the two groups after treatment.The levels of LH and E_(2) in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of FSH were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ovulation rate and pregnancy rate between the two groups after 1 cycle of treatment(P>0.05).After 2 and 3 cycles of treatment,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(93.33%VS 77.78%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Estrogen combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of infertility patients with endocrine disorders has significant clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
