子宫内膜活检病理对子宫异常出血的诊断效果分析

Analysis of diagnostic effect of endometrial biopsy pathology on abnormal uterine bleeding

目的分析子宫异常出血患者采用子宫内膜活检病理检查的临床诊断效果。方法回顾性分析本院2018年6月至2021年6月收治的800例子宫异常出血患者,患者均进行子宫内膜活检病理诊断,对活检病理结果进一步的分析该结果对临床诊断的价值。结果在子宫内膜病变类型中,正常内膜例数为360例,其中增生期内膜比例为41.94%,月经期内膜比例为28.89%,分泌期内膜比例为29.17%;器质性病变例数为280例,其中子宫内膜息肉比例为45.71%,子宫肌瘤比例为37.14%,恶性肿瘤比例为17.14%;内分泌失调例数为160例,子宫内膜增殖症比例为61.25%,子宫内膜增殖失调比例为38.75%;子宫内膜癌的病变年龄范围在41-50岁,与其他年龄段比较,该年龄段发病率最高,占比为9.06%;子宫肌瘤的病理诊断准确率高达100%,且功能性出血的准确率达到了88.08%,在各类型的检测结果均较超声检查结果准确。结论子宫异常出血患者采用子宫内膜活检病理检查可以对出血类型进行判断和鉴别,且诊断的准确率较高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical diagnostic effect of endometrial biopsy and pathological examination in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 800 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.All the above patients underwent endometrial biopsy pathological diagnosis.The pathological results of biopsy were further analyzed,and the value of the results to clinical diagnosis.Results Among the types of endometrial lesions,there were 360 cases of normal endometrium,including 41.94%in proliferative stage,28.89%in menstrual stage and 29.17%in secretory stage;There were 280 cases of organic lesions,including 45.71%of endometrial polyps,37.14%of hysteromyomas and 17.14%of malignant tumors;The number of endocrine disorders was 160,the proportion of endometrial proliferation was 61.25%,and the proportion of endometrial proliferation disorders was 38.75%;The age range of endometrial cancer is 41-50 years old,and the incidence rate is the highest among the other age groups,accounting for 9.06%.The accuracy of pathological diagnosis of hysteromyoma is as high as 100%,and the accuracy of functional bleeding is 88.08%.The detection results of various types are more accurate than those of ultrasound.Conclusion Endometrial biopsy and pathological examination in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding can judge and distinguish the type of bleeding,and the accuracy of diagnosis is high,which is worthy of popularization.
