气压治疗仪联合医护一体化护理模式对剖宫产产妇术后康复效果的影响

Effect of integrated nursing mode of barometric therapy combined with medical care on rehabilitation effect after cesarean section

目的探究气压治疗仪联合医护一体化护理在剖宫产产妇术后康复效果中的影响。方法选取2021年8月至2022年2月本院收治的剖宫产产妇180例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各90例。对照组给予医护一体化护理模式,在此基础上,观察组加用气压治疗仪干预。对比两组产妇凝血指标、下肢疼痛和肿胀程度、下肢DVT阳性体征发生率。结果观察组干预后红细胞聚集指数为(4.38±0.51)、D-二聚体为(4.06±1.58)mg/L、Fib为(4.93±1.83)g/L,均低于对照组(5.24±0.49)、(8.56±2.28)mg/L、(6.43±2.08)g/L(P<0.05);观察组疼痛程度为(3.57±0.68)分、肿胀程度为(2.35±0.59)%,均低于对照组(5.03±0.71)分、(3.61±0.62)%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组下肢DVT阳性体征发生率为1.11%,低于对照组3.33%,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论气压治疗仪联合医护一体化护理有利于改善剖宫产产妇术后血液高凝状态,减轻下肢疼痛程度及肿胀程度,降低DVT阳性体征发生率,值得进一步推广。

Objective To explore the effect of barometric therapy combined with integrated nursing mode on the rehabilitation effect after cesarean section.Methods A total of 180 cases of cesarean section in our hospital from August 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,90 cases in each group.The control group was given integrated nursing mode,on this basis,the observation group was added with barometric therapy instrument intervention.The coagulation indexes,lower limb pain and swelling,and the incidence of positive signs of lower limb DVT were compared between the two groups.Results Results after the intervention,the erythrocyte aggregation index(4.38±0.51),D-Dimer(4.06±1.58)mg/L and Fib(4.93±1.83)g/L in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(5.24+0.49),(8.56+2.28)mg/L and(6.43±2.08)g/L,P<0.05;The degree of pain and swelling in the observation group were(3.57±0.68)scores and(2.35±0.59)%,which were lower than those in the control group(5.03±0.71),(3.61±0.62)%(P<0.05);The incidence of DVT positive signs in the observation group was 1.11%,which was lower than 3.33%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The integrated nursing model of pneumatic therapy combined with medical care can improve the hypercoagulability of blood after cesarean section,reduce the degree of pain and swelling of lower limbs,and reduce the incidence of DVT positive signs,which is worthy of further promotion.
