应用智能电子服药提醒系统联合知信行理论对围绝经期功血患者服药准确性的影响

Effect of Intelligent Electronic Medication Reminder System Combined with KAP Theory on Medication Accuracy of Perimenopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding Patients

目的评估智能电子服药提醒系统联合知信行理论对围绝经期功血患者服药准确性的影响。方法纳入2021年3月至2021年9月在本院围绝经期门诊治疗的功血患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各40例。观察组采用智能电子服药提醒系统联合知信行理论进行服药干预,对照组给予纸质服药提示卡及口头宣教等常规干预措施。评估两组患者对围绝经期功血的知信行评分,对比两组患者服药的准确性以及治疗效果。结果干预3个月后,观察组的服药准确性、知信行评分和护理满意度均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组继发性贫血、感染的发生率均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论智能电子服药提醒系统序联合知信行理论可有效提高围绝经期功血患者服药的准确性、提高护理满意度、促进患者康复。

Objective To evaluate the effect of intelligent electronic medication reminder system combined with KAP theory on medication accuracy of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients.Methods 80 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated in our hospital from March 2021 to September 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The study group was intervened by intelligent electronic medication reminder system combined with KAP theory,and the control group was given conventional intervention measures such as paper medication reminder cards and oral education.The KAP scores of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding in the two groups were evaluated,and the medication accuracy and treatment eflFect of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of intervention,the medication accuracy,knowledge,belief and behavior scores and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of secondary anemia and infection in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Conclusion Intelligent electronic medication reminder system combined with KAP theory can effectively improve the accuracy of medication,improve nursing satisfaction and promote rehabilitation of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients.
