摘要
针对圆柱形、圆锥形石英灯内加热阵列,提出基于解析法的热流快速计算方法,构建两种内加热阵列的解析传热模型,将石英灯管和试验件表面分别离散化为点光源和接收点,利用辐射传热定律逐点计算各点接收到的热流密度.建立圆柱和圆锥内加热阵列中单根石英灯管照射范围的判断依据,得到典型灯管排布下热流分布规律.为热试验加热器设计提供指导。
A rapid computation method based on analytic methodf or heat flux of inner heating lamp array in the cylindrical and conical shape was present.The analytic models of heat transfer of these two kinds of inner heating array were established.The surface of the quartz lamp and test sample was dispersed respectively into light source point and receiving point.The heat flux density on every receiving point was computed singly by laws of radiation heat transfer.The criterions of the irradiation range of single lamp in the cylindrical and conical inner heating array were also proposed.The distribution characteristic of typical lamp array was obtained,which could guide the design of heater in the thermal tests.
