分析贵州省能源发展现状和新能源协同发展优势,从能源电力、数据技术、综合服务、产研一体4个方面,通过综合能源利用、微电网、能源互联网和能源大数据等系统的应用,构建了煤炭与新能源协同发展及资源城市绿色低碳转型的发展路径,并为如何逐步推进平台建设提供了对策建议。

With the continuous expansion of the installed capacity of new energy,the mining area has become a blue ocean for the development and construction of clean energy.At the same time,the development of the mining area also needs to be transformed.It must develop towards green,low-carbon,efficient and intelligent,which is not only a policy requirement,but also the only way to reduce costs and increase efficiency.Therefore,after analyzing the current situation of energy development and the advantages of coordinated development of new energy in Guizhou Province,this paper constructs the development path of coordinated development of coal and new energy and green and low-carbon transformation of resource cities through the application of systems such as comprehensive energy utilization,microgrid,energy Internet and energy big data from the four aspects of energy power,data technology,comprehensive service and integration of production and research,Finally,it provides countermeasures and suggestions on how to gradually promote the platform construction.
