公安院校媒介素养教育的内涵、困境与提升路径

Connotation,Dilemma and Solution of Media Literacy Education in Public Security Colleges and Universities

社会的发展和信息技术的变革丰富了媒介素养的内涵与外延,也对媒介素养教育提出了新的要求。对于公安院校大学生来说,媒介素养需超越“个人修养”的范畴,要在结合公安实战的语境下进行拓展,形成对媒体角色、功能与权利的正确认知,树立主动与媒体沟通交流的意识,培养反向设置议程和精准回应社会需求的能力。当前,我国公安院校媒介素养教育整体处于起步阶段,实践中存在着教学理念相对滞后、教学内容趋同、教学方法还不够灵活僵化、师资力量薄弱等问题。对此,公安院校应重点从以下三个方面来培育和提升学警的媒介素养。一是树立以“赋权”为核心的媒介素养教育理念,二是构建目标明确、架构合理、方法新颖的课程体系,三是打造政治立场坚定、业务水平过硬、实践经验丰富的教学团队。

The development of society and the revolution of information technology have enriched the connotation and extension of media literacy,but also put forward new requirements for media literacy education.Media literacy of public se⁃curity college students should go beyond the scope of personal cultivation and be expanded in the context of actual combat of public security,so as to form a correct cognition of the role,function and rights of the media,establish the awareness of communicating with the media actively,and cultivate the ability to reverse agenda setting and accurately respond to social demands.At present,the media literacy education in Chinese public security colleges and universities is in its initial stage,and there are some problems in practice,such as relatively backward teaching concept,convergence of teaching content,inflexible teaching methods and weak teaching staff.Therefore,public security colleges should focus on cultivating and im⁃proving the media literacy of student police officers from the following three aspects.The first is to establish the media lit⁃eracy education concept with empowerment as the core.The second is to build a curriculum system with clear goals,reason⁃able structure and novel methods.The third is to build a teaching team with firm political stance,excellent professional level and rich practical experience.
