摘要
司家营矿山西边坡属于高陡边坡,且距离居民区很近,对于爆破效果要求极高。采用预裂爆破技术,选择大孔径潜孔钻机进行穿孔,大直径胶乳炸药装药,数码电子雷管连接网络,利用爆破冲击波和岩石的极限强度特性,实现了降低质点振速、大块率的爆破效果,有力保证了生产稳定和矿区居民安全。
The west slope of Sijiaying Mine is high and steep,and it is close to the residential area,so the blasting effect is highly required.The pre-splitting blasting technology is adopted,the large diame⁃ter down the hole drill is used for drilling,the large diameter latex explosive is selected for charging,the digital electronic detonator is connected to the network,and the blasting effect of reducing particle vibra⁃tion velocity and block rate is realized by using the blasting shock wave and the ultimate strength character⁃istics of rock,which effectively ensures the stability of production and the safety of residents in the mining area.
