杏山铁矿地采爆破设计优化研究与实践

摘要 针对杏山铁矿加长钻杆掘进炸药单耗偏高、光面爆破无导爆索设计适用性不强、电子雷管掏槽孔延期设计无法满足进尺要求等问题,结合生产实际需求,分别开展了降低掘进加长钻杆炸药单耗试验、分区域优化周边孔无导爆索设计试验、掘进掏槽孔电子雷管延期时间优化试验等工作。通过选取合理的技术参数进行了爆破设计方案优化,改善了地采爆破质量,提升了矿山整体爆破技术水平。 In view of the problems such as high single consumption of explosive driven by extended drill pipe,poor design applicability of non-detonating cord in smooth blasting,and delayed design of elec⁃tronic detonator cutting slot that cannot meet the requirements of penetration in Xingshan Iron Mine,com⁃bined with actual production requirements,the experiments of reducing the explosive consumption of drill⁃ing pipe,optimizing the design of non-detonating cable for peripheral holes by regions,and optimizing the delay time of electronic detonator for cutting slot holes were carried out respectively.By selecting reasonable technical parameters,the blasting design scheme is optimized,the blasting quality of underground mining is improved,and the overall blasting technical level of the mine is improved.
