米拉多铜矿选矿生产实践

摘要 为了提高米拉多铜矿的生产效率,针对铜精矿品位和回收率低、选矿指标波动大等问题,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,对选厂药剂制度、选矿设备球磨机及浮选柱参数进行了优化试验研究。研究结果表明:采用铜硫混合浮选、粗精矿再磨再选工艺流程回收铜矿物,以黄药、Z-200为捕收剂,F-501、IBC为起泡剂,当球磨机充填率达26%,磨矿细度-0.045 mm90.0%,浮选柱充气量160~190 m^(3)/h、淋洗水量50 m^(3)/h时,可获得铜品位27%、铜回收率90%以上的铜精矿,达到了较好的选矿指标,可为选矿厂生产提供技术依据。 In order to improve the production efficiency of Mirador Copper Mine,aiming at the prob⁃lems of low grade and recovery rate of copper concentrate and large fluctuation of beneficiation index,based on the study of process mineralogy,the optimization test of reagent system,ball mill and flotation col⁃umn parameters of beneficiation equipment was carried out.The results show that copper minerals are recov⁃ered by copper-sulfur bulk flotation,rough concentrate regrinding and reconcentration process,with xan⁃thate and Z-200 as collectors,F-501 and IBC as foaming agents.When the filling rate of ball mill is 26%,the grinding fineness is-0.045 mm 90.0%,the aeration volume of flotation column is 160~190 m^(3)/h,and the leaching water volume is 50 m^(3)/h,the copper concentrate with copper grade of 27%and copper recovery rate of more than 90%can be obtained,which achieves better beneficiation index and provides technical ba⁃sis for the production of the concentrator.
