大型双层直线振动筛使用故障分析及处理措施 被引量:1

摘要 为了确保选矿厂磨选系统生产的正常进行,降低维修费用和人力成本,针对大型双层振动筛在马坑矿业选矿工艺使用过程中遇到的弹簧、激振器故障率高,大梁、筛板开裂等各类典型故障,进行了弹簧、激振器、筛板等各部件受力、损坏机理和常见故障原因等研究。研究结果表明:弹簧、激振器存在超负荷现象,提出了通过溜槽改造保证入料均衡,提高筛分效率以适当降低激振力,并通过激振器冷却改造提高润滑效果的同时加强点巡检管理等处理措施,使振动筛使用效果得到了明显改善。 In order to ensure the normal production of the grinding and separation system in the con⁃centrator and reduce the maintenance cost and labor cost,in view of the high failure rate of spring and excit⁃er,the cracking of beam and sieve plate and other typical faults encountered in the use of large double-lay⁃er vibrating screen in the beneficiation process of Makeng Mining,the stress,damage mechanism and com⁃mon fault caused by spring,exciter and sieve plate were studied.The research results show that the spring and exciter are overloaded.It is proposed to ensure the feeding balance through the chute transformation,improve the screening efficiency to reduce the excitation force appropriately,and improve the lubrication effect through the cooling transformation of the exciter while strengthening the point inspection management and other treatment measures,so that the use effect of the vibrating screen has been significantly improved.
