摘要
为了降低矿山能耗,针对现有变频技术不足,且矿山电气设备众多、高功率、耗能大等问题,对矿山节能技术进行了研究。研发了包括高压节能和软启动的智能节电装置,组合成定速与快速响应装置,并通过金属矿山HP500型破碎机应用试验,证明节电率大于10%,节能效果显著。通过降压节能原理可有效降低大电流冲击负载和恒定中高负载工况下电机的能耗,在一定程度上推动了电机节能技术的发展,对类似矿山具有借鉴及推广价值。
In order to reduce the energy consumption of the mine,the mine energy-saving technolo⁃gy was studied in view of the shortage of the existing frequency conversion technology,the large number of mine electrical equipment,high power and high energy consumption.An intelligent energy-saving device including high-voltage energy-saving and soft-start was developed,which was combined into a constant speed and fast response device.The application test of HP500 crusher in metal mine proved that the ener⁃gy-saving rate was more than 10%and the energy-saving effect was remarkable.The principle of step down energy saving can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the motor under large current impact load and constant medium and high load conditions,which promotes the development of motor energy sav⁃ing technology to a certain extent and has reference and promotion value for similar mines.
