摘要
皮带运输机是散料运输的重要设备,涉及范围很广。尤其在矿山选矿企业中,破碎后的矿石和选好的精矿粉完全由皮带运输机运送,其运行效率直接影响到企业生产。皮带运输机容易出现皮带跑偏、撕裂、打滑、堵漏、安全等问题。为此,实施皮带机智能控制,安装皮带跑偏检测和处理装置,包括胶带撕裂保护装置、打滑处理装置、堵漏处理装置、安全防护装置,对电机、减速机进行监测数据采集,实现设备自行诊断、无人值守,可有效杜绝伤人事故和重大设备事故的发生。经过智能化改造,提高了设备运行效率,降低了生产成本,企业经济效益和安全效益显著。
Belt conveyor is an important equipment for bulk material transportation,which covers a wide range.Especially in mineral processing enterprises,the crushed ore and selected concentrate powder are completely transported by belt conveyors,and their operation efficiency directly affects the production of enterprises.The belt conveyor is prone to problems such as belt deviation,tearing,slipping,leakage stoppage and safety.To this end,implement intelligent control of belt conveyor,install belt deviation detection and processing devices,including belt tear protection device,slip processing device,leak stop⁃page processing device,and safety protection device,monitor and collect data of motor and reducer,real⁃ize equipment self diagnosis and unattended,and effectively eliminate personal injury accidents and major equipment accidents.Through intelligent transformation,the equipment operation efficiency is improved,the production cost is reduced,and the economic and safety benefits of the enterprise are significant.
