基于CDIO模式的军事运筹课程教学改革探析

Teaching reform of Military Operations Research course based on CDIO mode

为提高军事人才培养质量和效益,针对军事运筹课程教学存在的问题,将CDIO工程教育模式融入教学过程,从优化教学内容体系、创新教学方法模式和改革考核评价机制等方面进行了改革与探索.教学实践表明,该教学改革有利于激发学员的学习热情、提高教学质量、提升学员运用军事运筹学方法解决复杂实际问题的综合能力.

In order to improve quality and efficiency of military personnel training,this article first aims at the problems existing in the teaching of Military Operations Research course to integrate CDIO engineering education mode into the teaching process,and then carries out the reform and exploration from the aspects of optimizing content system,innovating the teaching method and mode,reforming examination and assessment mechanism,etc.The teaching practice shows that it is beneficial to stimulating the students’enthusiasm for learning,improving the quality of teaching,and enhancing the students’ability to solve complex practical problems by using Military Operations Research method.
