Growing officer cadets in military academies are the future commanding and technical officers of the army,and their political ability affects the combat effectiveness of the troops.In order to strengthen the political ability of cadets and enhance their political ability,this article first explores the connotation and internal characteristics of the political ability of officer cadets,and then establishes the political ability training model for growing officer cadets according to the current situation of their political ability training.The article is intended to provide some reference for decision makers.
