Research on influencing factors for cooperation performance of river basin water environment governance EPC project

为优化流域水环境治理EPC项目合作绩效管理,需要分析流域水环境治理EPC项目合作绩效的影响因素及内在联系。从ESG理念出发,采用扎根理论研究方法从环境责任、社会责任及治理责任3个维度提取了17个流域水环境治理EPC项目合作绩效影响因素,运用改进ISM-MICMAC方法分析了影响因素的层级结构和作用关系。研究结果表明:能源节约、原料节约、公众生活质量、促进就业、难易程度是影响流域水环境治理EPC项目合作绩效的直接因素,具有较高依赖性和较低驱动力;二次回收、二次污染、水质达标、经济增长、外界支持、公众参与、社会稳定、管理水平、技术水平是关键因素,依赖性和驱动力都不高;合作关系、合作契约、合作方参与能力是根源因素,具有较低依赖性和较高驱动力。

In order to optimize the cooperation performance management of the EPC project of basin water environment management,it is necessary to analyze the influencing factors and internal relations of the cooperation performance of river basin water environment governance EPC project.Starting from the ESG concept,the grounded theoretical research method is used to extract the influencing factors of 17 watershed water environment governance EPC project cooperation performance from the three dimensions of environmental responsibility,social responsibility and governance responsibility.The improved ISMMICMAC method is used to analyze the hierarchical structure of the influencing factors.and effect relationship.The research results show that:energy saving,raw material saving,public life quality,employment promotion,and difficulty are the direct factors that affect the cooperation performance of EPC projects in river basin water environment governance,with high dependence and low driving force.Secondary recycling,secondary pollution,water quality standards,economic growth,external support,public participation,social stability,management level,and technical level are key factors,and the dependence and driving force are not high.The cooperative relations,cooperation contracts,and the ability of partners to participate are the root factors,which have low dependence and high driving force.
