“变”与“不变”:中国式现代化道路发展的内在逻辑

“Change”and“No Change”:The Inner Logic of the Development of the Road of Chinese-style Modernization

中国特色社会主义现代化道路的本质特征、发展历程与未来指向,决定着其自身蕴含着丰富的辩证智慧。一方面,从比较视域透视中国式现代化道路,经济结构、政治体制、价值选择和对外关系等方面是其根本性变化之处,与西方国家存在本质性区别;另一方面,从自身发展的内在逻辑出发,对中国式现代化道路加以审视和剖析,其指导思想、领导核心、发展理念和伟大梦想等实质内容依然保持相对稳定且难以改变。科学地认知和把握中国式现代化道路所蕴含的辩证关系,需要正确处理“变”与“不变”之关系,在“万变”之中把握“不变”之内容,以“不变”之内容应对“万变”之挑战。

The essential characteristics,development history and future direction of the socialist modernization path with Chinese characteristics determine that it contains rich dialectical wisdom.On the one hand,if we look at the Chinese modernization path from the perspective of other countries,we will find that the economic structure,political system,value choices and foreign relations are the fundamental changes,which are fundamentally different from other countries.On the other hand,when the Chinese modernization path is examined and analyzed from the internal logic of its own development,its guiding ideology,leadership core,development philosophy and great dream remain relatively stable and difficult to change.To scientifically recognize and grasp the dialectical relationship embedded in the path of Chinese modernization,we need to correctly handle the relationship between“change”and“no change”and grasp the content of“no change”in the midst of“all changes”.We need to grasp the content of“unchanging”in the midst of“all changes”,and respond to the challenges of“all changes”with the content of“unchanging”.
