摘要
科学教育的基本目标是传播科学知识与培养科学素养,STEM对于培养学生的科学素养具有促进作用,并对从事科学教育的教师提出了更高的素质要求。从教育层面来说,STEM教育存在各学段整体设计不足、STEM教育的标准与评估机制缺失、缺乏专业的STEM师资队伍。如何提升教师综合能力、改进教师教学方式、增强教师专业能力,是提高STEM教育师资能力水平的基本途径。STEM教育不是对传统科学教育的替代,STEM教育对于科学教育具有积极的促进意义。
The main aim of science education is to spread scientific knowledge and cultivate scientific literacy.STEM education can promote students’scientific literacy,and also puts forward higher requirements for teachers engaged in science education.From the perspective of STEM education,there are still some problems,such as the absence of overall teaching design in different educational stages,lack of standards and evaluation system,insufficient capability of teaching staff and so on.How to promote teachers’comprehensive ability,modify teachers’teaching methods and enhance teachers’professional competence is the key points to improve the ability level of teachers involved in STEM education.STEM education is not a substitute for traditional science education,but has a positive significance in promoting science education.
