摘要
比较超声引导和触诊盲穿两种方法行左侧远桡动脉穿刺置鞘的教学效果。将24名介入放射学专业研究生随机平均分为实验组和对照组,对穿刺置鞘首次成功率、总成功率、并发症和教学满意度进行统计分析。首次穿刺置鞘成功率两组间无统计学差异;但实验组穿刺置鞘总成功率和教学满意度均优于对照组,实验组并发症发生率低于对照组。采用超声引导下行左侧远桡动脉穿刺置鞘可明显提高教学效果。
This paper is to compare the teaching effectiveness of ultrasound-guided and blind palpation for puncture and sheath placement of the left distal radial artery.Twenty-four postgraduates majoring in interventional radiology in our department are randomly divided into placement(experimental group control group.The puncture success rate,complications and teaching satisfaction are statistically analyzed.There is no statistical difference in the first-pass puncture success rate between the two groups;the total puncture success rate and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group are better than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications is lower than that of the control group.By ultrasound-guided puncture and sheath placement of the left distal radial artery,teaching effectiveness can be significantly improved.
