摘要 针对传统模式下的土木类专业人才培养与目前行业需求之间存在的矛盾,基于CDIO创新能力培养新模式,开展相应的实践研究。以桂林理工大学为例,从培养目标、培养体系、成果反馈三个方面阐述了基于CDIO理念的教学改革尝试。吸取CDIO理念的精华可有效提升学生的创新与实践能力及处理实际问题的能力,极大激发了学生的学习兴趣和热情,对于提高力学课程的教学效果、土木工程专业学生培养质量有着重要的意义。CDIO模式可达到对土木类专业学生创新能力的培养,并满足社会对创新工程人才的需求,同时对其他理工类课程教学具有借鉴意义。 In view of the contradiction between the training of civil engineering professionals under the traditional mode and the current industry demand,the corresponding practical research is carried out based on the new CDIO innovation ability training mode.Taking Guilin University of Technology as an example,this paper expounds the teaching reform attempt based on CDIO concept in the training process of civil engineering students from three aspects:training objectives,training system and achievement feedback.From the results,we can see that absorbing the essence of CDIO concept can effectively enhance students’ability of innovation and practice and deal with practical problems,and greatly stimulate students’interest and enthusiasm in learning.It is of great significance for improving the teaching effect of current mechanics courses and cultivating the quality of students majoring in civil engineering.It is shown that CDIO mode can cultivate the innovation ability of civil engineering students,meet the social demand for innovative engineering talents,and can be used for reference to the teaching of other science and engineering courses.
