大学生心理健康教育与思想政治教育是高校育人工作中的重点,大学生的心理和思想紧密相关,在新时代的育人工作中,二者在取得丰富成果的同时,又面临新的时代考验。二者促进人的全面发展的教育目标、教育对象及育人主体的一致性奠定了彼此融合的基础,而课程思政为二者的融合提供了新的实践路径。研究从理论层面对心理健康教育与思想政治教育的融合进行了探索,并通过“大学生心理健康教育”课程进行课程思政实践。

College students’mental health education and ideological and political education are both the focus of college education work,and college students’psychology and ideology are closely related.In the education work of the new era,both of them are facing the Challenges of the new era while achieving rich results.The consistency of their educational objectives,educational objects and educational subjects that promote the all-round development of human beings has laid the foundation for their integration,and the ideological and political courses can provide a new practical path for their integration.This paper explores the integration of mental health education and ideological and political education from the theoretical level,and carries out the ideological and political practice of the course through the course of Psychological Health Education for College Students.
