摘要
ICT技术是支撑未来数字经济的关键技术,ICT产业对ICT领域创新人才的需求量将越来越大,培养大量ICT领域创新人才迫在眉睫。研究针对高职创新人才培养的影响因素、创新教育关键要素进行了详细分析,结合先行示范区的ICT产业实际,构建“政、校、行、企”多元协同创新产业学院,并依托产业学院实践“一融入五转化”创新人才培养机制,探索出一条实现高职院校ICT领域创新人才培养的有效路径。
ICT technology is the key technology to support the future digital economy.The ICT industry will have an increasing demand for innovative talents in the ICT field.It is urgent to cultivate a large number of innovative talents in the ICT field under the background of the great development of the digital economy.This paper has made a detailed analysis of the influencing factors and key elements of innovative education in higher vocational education,combined with the ICT industry practice in the pilot demonstration area,built a multi-collaborative innovation industry college of“government,school,industry and enterprise”,and explored an effective path to achieve innovative talent training in ICT field in higher vocational colleges by relying on the practice of the innovative talent training mechanism of“integration and transformation”in the industry college.
