论“立德树人”教育根本任务目的观的教育原理性

A Discussion On the Educational Principle of the Perspective of Educational Purpose of the Training of Talent Through Virtue Fostering First as the Fundamentals Task of Education

“立德树人”教育根本任务与素质教育、教育公平、高质量教育,以及培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人等共同构成新时期我国教育工作的总的指导思想,凝汇成我国教育事业发展的总的目的要求。对“立德树人”教育根本任务目的观具有的教育原理性的分析可以丰富和深化对“立德树人”教育理念的认识。本文从马克思主义原理的角度阐释“立德树人”教育根本任务目的观的学理逻辑。这主要表现在“立德树人”教育根本任务目的观与马克思主义的三大逻辑关系上。其一,“立德树人”教育根本任务目的观坚持教育促进人的发展的个性化和社会化的有机统一的教育目的价值观取向,是马克思主义唯物辩证法“对立统一”基本规律在教育领域的具体应用;其二,“立德树人”教育根本任务目的观深刻地回应了马克思主义关于人的全面发展学说的坚定的“以人为本”的价值观立场,是中国化时代化马克思主义关于人的全面发展的目的观;其三,“立德树人”教育根本任务目的观的形成过程是一个由客观到主观,由主观到客观的能动的过程,体现马克思唯物主义关于社会存在与社会意识的关系判断的理论指导性。
