摘要
建筑整体移位是历史建筑在现代城市建设中的一种有效保护措施。本文结合某历史建筑大体积整体吊装抬升移位工程,详细介绍了该工程整体吊装移位的方案选择及相关设计关键技术,包括增设可拆卸托换结构体系及吊装结构体系、建筑吊装移位前对建筑本体进行的预加固和处理,并介绍了临时场地设计及临时停放保护措施、吊装搬迁施工注意事项等,可为其他同类历史建筑吊装移位工程提供参考和借鉴。
Integral moving technology of buildings is an effective protection measure for historical buildings in modern urban construction.Based on a real integral hoisting and moving engineering project of a historic building,the design scheme selection and the key design technologies of the engineering project are introduced in detail,including the design of demountable underpinning structure system and hoisting structure system,and the pre-reinforcement of the building before construction.The temporary site design and the protection measures and issues for attention during construction are introduced in this paper.The engineering project in this paper can provide reference for other similar engineering projects.
