摘要
近年来,EPC总承包模式的发展逐渐成为发承包模式的主流,EPC总承包企业如何达到降低成本、节约工期、增大利润的目的,是今后发展的重点。利用BIM、Civil 3D、PKPM及ANSYS等软件对福建省妇产医院项目的基础类型进行优化设计分析,并对筏板基础和抗浮锚杆施工过程中的重难点进行分析,以期为今后类似工程的建设提供参考。
In recent years,the development of the EPC general contracting model has gradually become the mainstream of the contracting model.How to reduce the cost,save the construction period and increase the profit of the EPC general contracting enterprise is the focus of future development.Using BIM,Civil 3D,PKPM,ANSYS and other software to optimize the design and analysis of the foundation type of the Fujian Maternity and Obstetrics Hospital project,and analyze the major and difficult points in the construction of the raft foundation and anti-floating anchors,with a view to providing reference for similar projects in the future.
