摘要 本研究以水泥浆及C40混凝土为基体,纳米纤维素纤维(Cellulose nanofiber,CNF)为增强体,采用阳离子改性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对CNF进行改性处理,制备改性CNF水泥基复合材料并对其进行了表征。通过水泥浆抗折试验、抗压试验,研究不同掺量改性剂对水泥基复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明在水泥基体中掺入适量的改性CNF可以显著提升水泥及复合材料的抗折强度与抗压强度。混凝土干燥收缩及塑性收缩的结果显示CNF及改性CNF可以提高混凝土的抗裂性能。 Cement paste and C40 concrete were reinforced with cellulose nanofiber(CNF),and cationic modifier acetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide was used to modify CNF.Modified CNF/cement-based composites were prepared and characterized.Through the flexural test and compressive test of cement paste,the effects of different dosage of modified CNF on the mechanical properties of cement-based composites were studied.The results showed that the flexural strength and compressive strength of cement and composites can be significantly improved by adding appropriate amount of modified CNF into cement matrix.The results of drying shrinkage and plastic shrinkage of concrete indicated that CNF and modified CNF can improve the crack resistance of concrete.
