Detection evaluation and Maintenance management of Stay Cables

索是斜拉桥的重要受力构件之一,它的实际工作状态直接影响斜拉桥的技术健康状态。本文以三县洲大桥为例,通过斜拉索外观检查、索力测定、钢丝锈蚀检测、主梁线形监测,从索力的安全系数、钢丝锈蚀状况、主梁线形等方面综合评估斜拉索的实际工作状态,并提出斜拉索的维护管理建议,为今后斜拉索的运维提供借鉴。

The cable is one of the important load-bearing elements of cable-stayed bridge.Its actual working condition directly affects the technical health of cable-stayed bridge.This article takes the cable-stayed bridge Sanxianzhou Bridge as an example,through the appearance inspection of the steel cable,the cable force measurement,the steel-wire rust detection,and main girder alignment monitoring,the actual working condition of the stayed cable is comprehensively evaluated by the safety coefficient of cable force,steel-wire corrosion condition,and main girder alignment.Ultimately,the maintenance management suggestions of the stayed cable are proposed to provide a reference for the future operation and maintenance of the cable-stayed bridge.
