随着持续优化营商环境、深化工程建设项目审批制度改革政策的实施,对施工图审查机构提出了更高的要求。为保证审查质量、提高审查效率,本文从加强施工图审查行业监管、构建信用评价体系、建立高效审查系统及推行人工智能审查等方面探析施工图审查行业精益化管理,旨在对施工图审查行业的管理提供一些参考。

With the development of society and policy changing,the requirements of continuously optimizing the business environment and deepening the reform of the examination and approval system have put higher requirements on construction drawing institutions.In order to ensure the quality and efficiency of construction drawing examination,this paper analyzes the lean management of the construction drawing review industry by strengthening the supervision of the construction drawing review industry,constructing the credit evaluation system,establishing the review system,and implementing artificial intelligence,aiming to provide some references for the management of the construction drawing review industry.
